Do I Need to Make a Will?

In short, yes. A Will enables you to specify what you would like to happen to your estate when you die. If you die without a Will in England and Wales, intestacy law will ultimately decide what happens to your possessions. If you have no living family members when you die, it is the Crown who will get your assets.

How Much Does it Cost to Make a Will?

Fixed-fee Wills start from only:

  • £75+VAT (£90) for a Living Will
  • £125+VAT (£150) for a Single Will
  • £195+VAT (£234) for a Mirror Will

Prices start from £225 +VAT (£270 including VAT) for a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Once you have received a personalised quote for your Will from us in writing, you can rest safe in the knowledge that the cost will not alter further down the line.

We also store your Will in a secure place at no additional cost. Make sure to inform your family and/or friends of where your Will is being kept, so that they are easily able to locate it when you die.
